So, its been nearly a week since I joined a gym in the quest of getting fit so I just wanted to report in with how I’m getting on….
My first visit came last Tuesday (early morning) and I must say I really enjoyed it, there was something satisfying about finally getting back into a gym and starting my New Year, New Me quest. I also have to admit, I’m not sure I was extremely productive, although 30 minutes on a treadmill and a further 5 on a rower certainly got this new year chubby back into the zone. The gym itself was extremely quiet (I know this as I checked before hand on the website) so it meant I didn’t feel like I was out of place and allowed me to settle in. Over the space of the week, I visited a further two times, which I thing is quite good for a first week.
I’m currently in the process of looking at how I can now “Tech” up my gym / weight loss experience so expect a few reviews coming soon….
I plan on doing an official weigh in this week and feel the need to publish it as it will help to visualise my goals further.
