Protecting your Tech with STM Bags

I love my tech, a lot, nearly as much as my children (just kidding) but lets face it, as we become parents, money becomes a lot more valuable and the chances of me splashing out on a new gadget is extremely rare. Therefore the need to protect my tech and make it last until obsolete is needed as replacements are not easy to justify. STM Bags not only does this, but also as an added bonus, means I no longer have to use the spare change bag on a day out. Step forward the STM Drifter.

Being a blogger means I’m really lucky at times to be invited to events, days out and experiences which would normally past us by or be out of our reach however these aren’t just simply “free days out” and in order to attend there are usually some kind of commitment agreed to take photo’s, video or sometimes both. Often there can also be pretty quick turnarounds needed in order to “seize” the moment for the brand. The above is fine for us, we recognise this and wouldn’t have agreed if we wasn’t comfortable with this.

It does mean however that alongside the usual family items which are taken on a day out, such as spare changes of clothes for the kids, packed lunches, drinks, snack, purses etc, we also need to take several items of tech in order to be able to fulfil our obligations.

STM Bags are specifically made for taking and protecting several types of tech ranging from laptops, tablets and cameras, as well as multiple cables, power packs and more. They have padding in all the right places without bulking up the bag before you’ve begun to fill it and they still look stylish buy online zithromax too.

I was provided with the STM Bag Drifter to help ease the burden and boy is this bag good. It has no less than 4 external zipped pockets as well as an additional side pocket for a drink. Inside it has two soft – padded compartments to specifically store your laptop (up to 15 inches) as well as a tablet holder and a main area for anything else such as cameras, stationery or food. Inside you’ll also find another zipped pocket which is see through to hold things such as cables, coinage or even your mobile phone.

On the outside there is padded straps for your shoulders and an air mesh to avoid any sweaty backs and allow air to comfortably pass through on warmer days. Add to this a waterproof cover and reflective patches and you are not only protecting your precious cargo but also yourself in darker nights.

This really is a bag for true tech lovers and means you no longer have to look like a tourist on a trip out as well as having all your tech to hand and easy to access.

The drifter is available in three colours, camo, navy and a grey like graphite and can be bought through Amazon and various retailers between £80 – £105. Whilst this may be on the slightly more expensive side it really does protect all your valuables and holds more. If you are looking for something a little smaller, STM Goods have a variety of bags which will suits the needs of most, both in size and budget, check out their website for more information.

Until next time
